Emily Bird

Clinical Psychologist

Hey! I’m Emily (she/her). I’m a clinical psychologist who enjoys working with adults (18+) via telehealth, based in so called Australia.
As a late identified neurodivergent person (autistic, ADHDer, 2e, PDA), I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults to build self understanding.

I value bringing authenticity, creativity and compassion when working with neurodivergent folks. My approach is person-centred, warm, and trauma sensitive. Accessibility, movement, playful expression and unmasking is welcome. I take the perspective that no one is broken, and am resistant to systems that pathologise and attempt to “fix” people.

My joys include endless learning, making art, crochet, social justice advocacy, and noticing beautiful things in the natural world.
