Counselling Therapist

I’m a counsellor in private practice in Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada). My practice, Via Novus Counselling, specializes in supporting autistic, AuDHD, and ADHD adults, working from an integrative and affirming framework drawing on ACT and IFS.

My own journey as a late-identified AuDHD adult shapes both how I understand autistic burnout and how I approach the therapeutic relationship. I have a particular interest in working with late- and newly-identified adults who are making sense of a lifetime of experiences through a new lens. My goal is to support them in finding ways to live with more self-understanding, acceptance, and compassion.

I offer in-person sessions in Fredericton and virtual sessions throughout New Brunswick.
