As a late diagnosed AuDHD woman, and parent of an ND child, I have worked in many sectors where I didn’t quite fit in, but I was able to share my experiences to support others. I have delivered training for NAS, I volunteer with London Autism Group Charity, I am a Community Lead with a trauma-conscious theatre company, and I am working towards a certification in Neurodiversity Coaching.
