Hello, my name is Elaine . I am a qualified life coach and mentor who offers online life coaching for autistic adults. For some clients it might be just having a safe space to chat with someone who gets it. For others having a listening ear to unpack what being autistic means to them as individuals, develop strategies to recognise what causes burnout, coping skills for burnout and recovering from autistic burnout. I was diagnosed autistic at 39 and am a parent to an autistic child. I understand and empathise as these are situations and thoughts that are all to familiar to me.
