Eva Eastman

Occupational Therapist

Eva Eastman is an AuDHD occupational therapist whose work focuses on the intersections between neurodivergence, mental health, burnout, identity and eating challenges. She weaves together clinical practice, research, and practical training, and is committed to approaches that are affirming, curious, and grounded in the realities of neurodivergent life.

Eva is currently leading an NIHR-funded co-produced research project exploring how eating disorder treatment can be adapted for adults with ADHD. Alongside her NHS work, in her independent practice, she offers neurodiversity-affirming training and consultation for healthcare and education professionals, and works with neurodivergent adults to support quality of life, identity, and the practical challenges of living in a world not designed with neurodivergent people in mind.
