Hannah Breslin

Neurodiversity Affirming Coach, Educator and Consultant

I’m a neurodiversity affirming coach, educator and consultant specialising in supporting individuals and organisations to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and create meaningful change.

As someone who is autistic, ADHD and has dyscalculia, alongside several co-occurring health conditions, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my practice. This dual perspective enables me to offer nuanced, evidence-informed support grounded in authentic understanding.

I specialise in working with late-identified neurodivergent professionals navigating their identity. I help coaching clients address burnout, understand their sensory profiles, make sense of diagnosis or self-discovery, develop self-advocacy skills, and build confidence in their neurodivergent strengths.

I also partner with leaders and managers committed to creating inclusive workplaces. Through education and consultancy I support them to explore how neurotypical assumptions shape interpretation of behaviour and intentions, identify communication barriers, and develop inclusive policies, processes and practices that enable neurodivergent colleagues to thrive.

My approach is informed by a decade working as a practicing artist, 15 years working across academic, leadership and professional services roles in UK higher education, two Master’s degrees, a higher education teaching qualification, and my designation as a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, which is awarded to individuals who demonstrate sustained leadership, influence, and expertise in enhancing teaching and learning. As a coach, I’m fully qualified and accredited by the EMCC at Practitioner level.

This breadth of experience allows me to bridge creative, academic, and organisational contexts in service of my clients’ goals.
