Moyna Talcer

Consultant Occupational Therapist

As a neurodivergent therapist, I have worked in the field of Occupational Therapy since 2001, qualifying with a 1st class Hons BSc in Occupational Therapy in 2005 and a MSc in Sensory Integration in 2021. I have published research regarding the sensory experiences of autistic mothers as well as being a member of an autism research group to improve the experiences of autistic people accessing health care through improving research. I have lectured on the Sensory Integration MSc course and created content for a range of accredited courses and resented at a number of conferences. I served in the NHS for 15 years before fully opening my own independent practice where I support mainly neurodivergent people across the life span. I provide neuroaffirming assessment, therapy and consultation. A high proportion of clients I see have experienced school based trauma, have emotionally based school avoidance and PDA profiles. I offer a non judgemental, compassionate and safe space to explore needs and will actively engage in the journey to help you find strategies, supports and accommodations to meet your needs.
