I was diagnosed as autistic aged 41, and with ADHD the following year. For the past two years, I have been making regular YouTube videos about autism (Autistic Not Alien).

I have written articles about neurodiversity for West England Bylines and as a member of Sanctuary’s Disability Network. I have also spoken at conference about neurodiversity.
