Rebecca Antrim

Rebecca has worked as a therapist since 2010, using a person-centred foundation but primarily drawing from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and with a solution focus. She is also a clinical supervisor and has provided neurodiversity consultancy across Herefordshire since 2018, which is built on a foundation of depth and lived experience (Rebecca is AuDHD). Rebecca is also a co-author of ‘On Being an Autistic Therapist’ which is a publisher bestseller and creator of the now annual Adult Autism/ADHD/AuDHD Information and Support event which takes place in Herefordshire. She was a finalist for ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the Herefordshire Means Business Awards 2025.
